Bench Marketer/Bench Sales Recruiter (IT Staffing) – US Remote

Note: This is for US IT/Software Staffing Business Development/Sales Executive Position.

We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic, passionate Sales Executives (US Staffing) to work with us in the IT Staffing & Consulting domain. Ideal candidate should be a dynamic self-starter, who loves to hunt and acquire new customers and help grow our current US and Caribbean customer base. Able to generate leads & close sales through cold calls and emails for new business development.

Responsibilities

  • Meet targets for getting IT staffing requirements from US and Caribbean Customers and working with recruitment to fill those requirements
  • Work independently and under the supervision of the CxO team to seek out and acquire new customers business in Software IT staffing in the US and Caribbean market
  • Work with US and Caribbean customers to acquire new business
  • Use LinkedIn and other tools to prospect and secure new business from US and Caribbean in IT Staffing and consulting
  • Build a pipeline of new customer prospects
  • Primarily responsible lead generation, it’s a plus if you have experience in end to end sales process – generate leads, qualify, prospect, close and contract
  • Use various tools such as LinkedIn and other means to acquire new customers
  • Work with the recruiting team to staff and fill IT Staffing requirements

Requirements

  • Bring strong set of customer accounts that can be immediately contracted with and staffed
  • 1 to 3 yrs of Business Development experience in hunting and acquiring new customers in USIT/Software staffing business
  • Experience managing customer accounts, contracts and recruiters
  • Experience working with customers in the US
  • Skilled in verbal, written and oral communication
  • Strong team player with a great attitude
  • Flexibility and willingness to go beyond the call of duty (a go getter)
  • Ability to take ownership and drive issues to closure

Minimum Experience Required

  • 1-3 Years of US Sales experience, preferably from US Staffing domain
  • Sales training is a plus

Academic Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s/Master Degree
