Job Description and Qualifications

  • Develop the message the brand, product or service must communicate, respecting its positioning in an innovative, memorable, elegant and simple manner 
  • Create a robust and consistent visual language between platforms and devices using an iterative and collaborative process with the squad and customers 
  • Ensure deliveries in the highest standards and refinement in visual aesthetics, aligned with the overall experience, design strategy and most current market practices 
  • Ensure execution of brand strategy and adoption of style guides created for the construction of products 
  • Ensure the organization of the assets created by the design team, aiming for a more assertive communication with developers 
  • 4+ years of experience creating UI and visual design for digital products and services 
  • Deep understanding of visual design and good practices, processes and tools for interface creation 
  • Knowledge of application of market tools (e.g. Sketch, Invision, Zeplin / In, Adobe Suite, Principle/Flinto, etc.) 
  • Advanced knowledge and experience with the creation of the rational and visual language system for digital products, considering colors, typography, iconography, image, illustration, moodboards, UI elements, grid and workflow Basic knowledge of good Interaction Design practices (desirable)
  • Actively collaborate with UX Designer and squad: organize, facilitate and participate in activities such as brainstorms, workshops, presentation of the prototype, interviews and tests focused on the user
  • Illustration and animation skills (desirable) Updated on trends in financial products, startups and fintechs (desirable) 
  • Ability to collaborate with UX Designer to create the total user experience; and with developers to 
  • Ensure they have the assets necessary for the development of interfaces 
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, incl. ability to synthesize abstract ideas and transform them into concrete design implications
  • Passion for solving user pain points through a high quality design 
  • Sees value with an interactive approach to design 
  • Strong sense of responsibility for problem solving and not afraid to speak up to ensure that the user’s point of view is heard by the Product Owner 
  • Open to learning new ideas outside of the focus or their knowledge skills in order to expand through design, strategy and testing of experiences and usability
