Designer UX

Job Description and Qualifications

  • Influence the business and technology areas to continuously project the product focused on end user needs 
  • Raise requirements through participatory design techniques and field research with end users Produce requirements specifications for internal stakeholders through creation of people, storyboards, scenarios and flowcharts 
  • Create prototypes and wireframes that can be used to validate solutions with end users of meetings with internal stakeholders 
  • Collaborate constantly with Visual Designers to ensure the visual language created meets the proposed interaction requirements 
  • Constantly collaborate with Front-end Developers to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and proposed standards are maintained during coding 
  • Ability to project platforms in an evolutionary manner and/or conduct a complete redesign, according to the needs of the business and product
  • Ability to collaborate with UI Designer to create total user experience 
  • Deep ability to communicate with stakeholders and articulate how to optimize end user experience within business context 
  • Updated on trends in financial products, startups and fintechs (desirable) 
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, incl. ability to synthesize abstract ideas and transform them into concrete design implications
  • Passion to solve user pain points through a high-quality design 
  • Sees value with an interactive approach to design 
  • Strong sense of accountability for problem solving and not afraid to speak up to ensure that the user’s point of view is heard by the product owner 
  • Open to learning new ideas outside of focus or their knowledge skills in order to expand through UI design, strategy and testing
