Job Description and Qualifications

  • Engage with representatives of business units to develop and/or modify requirements, business design specifications for units’ SharePoint page 
  • Perform requirements analysis to provide business units with recommendations in recreating and migrating their content  
  • Analyse requirements, construct workflow charts and diagrams, and comprehending system capabilities. Ability to produce clear and concise documentation and workflows 
  • Manage and design site collections, content databases
  • Implement web part pages and site features 
  • Assist with development of SharePoint processes, and procedures. 
  • Utilize SharePoint to create automated forms, such as surveys, which have built-in approval/vetting process workflows. 
  • Provide direction and assistance on levels of testing to ensure migrated sites are defect free 
  • Analyse and resolve issues related to SharePoint sites, workflows and content 
  • Demonstrated proficiency in SharePoint Online, with a strong emphasis on modern SharePoint
  • sites and site architecture (hub sites, content libraries, document lists, search, etc).  Experience with other JavaScript framework like Typescript, React, Bootstrap and SharePoint Framework 
  • Strong presentation and communication skills (both written and verbal required)  
  • Project management and process improvement experience
