company is looking for an experienced Systems Administrator to join our team of qualified and diverse individuals.
You will be responsible for efficiently dealing with end-user issues and requests from the Service Desk, which includes but is not limited to:
- Operating and maintaining telecommunication systems to include Linux operating system, windows server operating system, and PBX hardware/software
- Support the operations of telephony applications, including call management, workforce/schedule management, and call recording
- Implement patches and other configuration changes necessary to resolve security vulnerabilities
- Conduct capacity analysis, develop applicable reports for capacity management and bandwidth and provide recommendations for all devices and services
- Resolving configuration issues, administrating user account, installing software, fulfilling requests for permissions changes,
- Provide support and administration duties for server systems including but not limited to Windows, O365, Active Directory, VMware, Terminal Servers
Skills Required: Required Qualifications:
- Possession of or the ability to obtain a Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA) certification
- A minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience
Desired Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related area of study
- Experience with telephony to include PSTN, digital, and VOIP
- Experience supporting Windows systems including O365, Azure, Remote Desktop Services, Active Directory
- Experience supporting virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
Ability to perform routine network tasks and handle emergencies during non-business hours, including on-call, evenings, and weekends
