A pilot project for Adobe.com education that led to a larger refactoring effort to update and redesign Adobe.com code so that it is responsive. The goal was to engage with student customers—providing them with a holistic experience focused on consideration, inspiration, and learning.
Project features included:
1. A responsive design built using CMS components and system.
2. “One story at a time” content model. The customer journey is focused and ensures that each piece of content is valuable in supporting customer visit goals for conversion, learning, and inspiration.
3. Extending the use of the Adobe.com to support demand and engagement activities.
