On our page which featured our latest offers, users faced complications with finding relevant offers, and the cognitive load was heavy, because of which our customer retention rate has fallen.
The feature was designed years ago, and it hasn’t been revisited for enhancements. Users were getting lost in this section, and irrelevant information was given to them.

I conducted a study on the existing information and could out that:
– Our filter pills were not visible to users and were sparsely used.
– On our offers page, our offers weren’t categorized well.
– Offer pages and level three content weren’t organized well.
I did a competitive analysis by looking at the market from the customer’s viewpoint and grouped all our competitors by the degree to which they contend for the buyer’s dollar.
