Qualifications

3+ Years of experience designing interfaces and visual elements Web and mobile
1+ Year of experience working in agile digital product teams
1+ Year of experience in project management

Hard Skills

Experience in designing and making digital Web and App products

Knowledge of User-Centered Design and Usability Principles
Graphic and visual design skills, including the use of a diverse set of software, e.g. Invision, Adobe Suite, Sketch, etc.
Notions of Front-end programming are desirable

Soft Skills

Strong communication skills, ability to communicate technical concepts to business managers
Strong problem-solving skills, capacity for abstraction and synthesis of complex problems
Ability to work in a team, with technical and business roles
